Elle’s Look: Birthday in Pensacola

Happy Friday All

I celebrated my 32nd birthday this year and count have been more excited about it. I had planned on spending the day by myself just getting some me time in. That included organizing, eating and catching up on my shows(the Real,Ellen, RuPaul Drag Race etc. ). My husband had other ideas of course. He surprised me by taking off(he never disclosed if he was going to or take another day during the week) and wanted to take me to Pensacola and go thrifting. Yay!! I’m down with that honey. The 1st stop was a brunch spot called The Ruby Slipper. We first visited this place back in New Orleans a few years ago and fell in love with the food and the atmosphere. My hubby had French Toast Batons and I had the Bam Bam Biscuit. His was just a stack of French toast w/ bacon on the side. My was a biscuit sandwich with fluffy eggs with shreded paper jack cheese, Fried Green Tomato(OMG) and pig-candy bacon.  It was amazing I tell you.

We walked around for a little while just to enjoy the surroundings and the day.

Afterwards he took me around and did some Thrifting. Here is my OOTD.

Colorful Button Handbag/ Silver Aztec Ring/Scarf/Marble Earrings/Green Gauchos/ Silver & Turquoise Bracelet
