Elleisforshe — this blog represent a flair for thrifting and DIY

Elleisforshe x Warby Parker

Hello Tuesday!!

So I have had a love affair with eyewear since I was young. I rocked the red Sally Jessie Ralphael  Frames at that age. I loved them and wore them with pride. I've worn Glasses on and off for years and finally needed them once I started driving. I wear contacts now so I can wear my sunglasses. I collect sunglasses. I think they are fun, stylish and bring anything that you wear together.

Warby Parker just released a brand new collection of sunglasses that I would like to share. I was too excited because i just did a Home Try On with them and loved the quality and style of their frames.  Their latest collection is called Scuplted Series and they are limited edition.  What makes these frames so special? They are sculptural frames that are handcrafted in Italy from premium cellulose acetate and feature an uncommon construction. On the face of each frame, two layers of contrasting acetate are laminated together, the frontmost layer carefully sculpted down to reveal glimpses of the layer behind. The result: an arresting frame-within-a-frame effect. That sounds pretty cool huh?!

They look amazing and I will be getting my hands on a pair as soon as I can.  I decided to piece some outfits together based on the sunglasses that I would wear with it. I choose 3 frames from the Sculpted Series collection: Stella, Mae & Skye.  They are all unique and so stylish. What do you think?
