My Bedtime Routine 4 Better Sleep

Hello Wednesday!!

I recently discovered Casper, a company that sells a variety of sleep products, and it got me thinking about my bedtime routine. When you have a lot going on in life, It’s important to set up a routine. It makes things a little easier to handle as well.I have a set routine after the kids go down and I have showered. Here are a few tips that help me get a good night sleep. 


Drinking Matcha tea – I make sure to warm up some water and than put 2 scoops of Matcha in there. I also add a little vanilla cream in the cup.


Candles – This is a must!! I love Sandalwood, lavender, Jasmine & ying ylang scents. They always relax’s me at night. Burning candles is also very comforting. 


Comfortable Pillow – A comfy pillow is essential for getting a good night’s sleep, which reduces under eye circles and leaves you looking and feeling your best.

Reading a book – I love to read and try to make time for it. I normally too busy during the day and end up doing it before bed. I like Inspirational or Self Improvement books best.
